Executive Chef Luis Rodriguez draws on his experience with varied cuisine when developing menus for Nectar Restaurant Bar and Lounge. Whether it is Mediterranean, Italian, or traditional Mexican with a twist, he uses only the freshest local products for his menu.
Chef Rodriguez has showcased his talent through out Sonoma County by participating in many special and charitable events. This September he dazzled an audience with a cooking demonstration at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, and most recently prepared the main course for the Diabetes Society annual fundraiser dinner.
